1.Preheat ihhavini ukuya ku-190oc.

2.Beka izingcezu ezine ezinkulu ze-tin foil emaphepheni amabili okubhaka.

3.Faka irayisi eliphekiwe nelipholile endishini enkulu bese ufaka u-anyanisi osikiwe we-spring, upelepele oqotshiwe, ujinja ogayiwe, amafutha kakhukhunathi, uphizi we-sugar snap ne-coriander eqoshiwe futhi uhlanganise kuze kuhlanganiswe.

4.Faka isipunu ngokulinganayo phakathi nendawo yocezu ngalunye lwe-tin foil.

5.Hlukanisa ama-prawn ngokulinganayo phakathi kocezu ngalunye lwe-tin foil phezu kwengxube yerayisi bese ubeka uhhafu wenduku yotshani bukalamula phezu kwesinye.

6.Songa imiphetho ye-tin foil ukuze wenze iphasela kodwa ushiye isikhala esiningi ngaphakathi kwendawo ngayinye ukuze uthole isitimu njengoba lokhu kuzosiza ukupheka amaphasela.

7.Faka amathreyi okubhaka kuhhavini imizuzu eyi-10-12 kuze kube yilapho ama-prawn ebomvana futhi ephekwe futhi nelayisi liyashisa.

8.Qaphela lapho uvula amaphasela njengoba umusi uzophuma futhi uzoshisa kakhulu.

9.Khonza kusuka kumaphasela ngama-lime wedges.
